Generally, trailer tires wear on just the outside of the tire when the trailer is overloaded (which could be the case with more weight on the rear axle at the rear), there is an issue with the suspension being misaligned, or they are not fully inflated to their maximum psi. With the height of your equalizer increasing an inch you might need to switch to 3-1/8" shackle straps # TRSL313 to keep the leaf spring stack level but this isn't an exact science so your leaf springs could end up sitting too close to the equalizer and will bind up. Your suspension should form a 'W' shape with the equalizer and shackle straps for proper suspension travel. I checked online and it looks like your 2022 Keystone Passport GT has 205/75R14 size tires which would give them a 26.1" diameter. I recommend Curt Adjustable Width Trailer Hitch Receiver for RVs part # 13703 to bolt onto the I-beam. This particular adjustable hitch fits frames 22" to 72" so you want to make sure the frame of the Travel Trailer fits in that range.
